The price on the Nashbar is quite good, that's for sure. But ride quality is a big mystery, as I know nobody who owns one or has ridden one. So if anybody readin this has experience on one of these forks, let me know.

It's too bad, becuase the shop sale had the Easton EC70 w/carbon steerer on sale for $105 - but only in 1 1/8". Their only 1" model was an Easton EC90 SLX at $335 - waaaaay out of my budget.
