Sweet! Another NOVA rider. My advice, as an accident investigator and Police Officer in this area, be careful riding on the roads. Yes the W&OD is a little boring but its pretty much hassel free. I ride about 4 miles to the trail but wish I was closer. CC has some good ideas, I agree that Arlington is a great option as well as Purceville. Good Luck.
