Because she bought it from Igor and I am sure he held on to a few keys for "safekeeping" He used to be a cop in Eastern Europe many years ago. I wonder why he isn't a cop anymore? cough *bribes* cough. He owns that building by the way...purchased with legit funds shurely. I have had at least 10 customers in the last year who have come in looking for their stolen bike, gone to Igor's and got it back..albeit with a little prodding and or outright threats. I tell people if you purchase stuff from him don't get all bent out of shape when yer bike gets ripped off...you help perpetuate the stolen bike problem by buying from him.
