Lost 30ish pounds....
Ok so i decided 5'9 and 190 was waaaay to heavy for me, im a small guy and was 165 my whole way through highschool. So I started watching what I ate, eliminated the 3am drivethru tacobell raids, along with fastfoods in general, except for the occasional once a month splurge, and started working out like crazy. Now I just got my bike(finally) to help even more, im 157 and decided i have another 10 to go. But since i've lost all this weight i have to worst craving for sweets alllll the time. Funny thing is in my 21 years ive never had a sweet tooth, at all. Now all i want at night is ice cream, brownies, cake, whatever is sweet and in reach. I usually am able to say no, and go for fruits, yogurt, whatever, but once a week i still indulge in the oh so good. Is this normal for the body to crave weird stuff that it never was fed before, or does it mean i'm not getting enough <fill in the blank> in my diet?
