Is the 15 mph bike speed limit the law? If it's not posted, then I can't believe it can be enforced. As for stopping at reds in the park, no way I'm doing that. I think I'll avoid the park for a little while.

I was in Central Park yesterday and almost got taken down by another cyclist. This brain surgeon was crossing the roadway w/o looking for traffic or slowing down. I saw him and figured he wasn't gonna slow so I dodged him. I saw two other wrong way cyclists who almost took each other out because one was swerving in front of his buddy.
