Sure 10miles at 18mph sounds much better then 30miles at 12mph, but in the long run which one do you think will build your base better?
It's houston... so basically it's flat. However, there is lots foot traffic to bring down the average.
HR? Well, I want lots of cardio, so 65-80 % max?
I include my 10 miles @ 18 mph merely as an indication of where I am right now.
