Bikes: a lot

Competed First Tri

Sat morning, sprint class. Time of 59:13 Placed 50th overall out of 182 and 4th in my age brackett! My goal for my first one was under an hour so I met that, but I was astonished at my slow transition times. Ha after the bike I was so tired It took three tries to tie my right shoe! Was looking forward to the run so I could finally get a rythem and get my lungs under control and as soon as I started striding I got a stitch in my side and ran the first mile clutching my side! (haven't done that since high school many years ago) After two miles I finally got over the hump and got to relax and enjoy the last mile to the finish
