Unfortunately, most of the commercially made bike lights aren't distinctive enough to stand out in traffic by themselves; even the blinding examples provided by 2manybikes, I-Like-To-Bike, and Gojohnnygo are made up of several individual light sets. For quick release, you could probably attach several lights to a bar or pipe, then clamp the pipe to your seat post or luggage rack. I used conduit hangers to attach the taillight to the back of my seat.

I used four conduit hangers to attach the headlight bar to my handlebars. By bolting two conduit hangers together, I have a mounting clamp that can be rotated in almost any direction.

You could use wing nuts on the conduit clamps holding the light bar for relatively quick release.
