Tucker is OTP, (outside the perimeter), and suffers from poor 1970's suburban design; ie, heavily trafficed main roads with offshooting subdivisions, none really cut through. If I was back in atlanta, I'd consider grant park, although some of the best rides are in the northwest/buckhead side of town. If you must be OTP, then there's dunwoody/peachtree corners, and there's a few good rides in that area.
