I think in the case of performance I would rather be dealing with people in India than the telephone-talent they seem to have rounded-up in the backwoods of NC. No one I have ever talked to on the telephone at Performance actually knows anything about cycling or bicycles, its definitely not in the job-description. I still like the elite bibs and will probably continue buying them.
