I chased some fool in a pickup truck down the other day... Caught up to him at a light, said 'Smile for the police report' and snapped a pic of him. Then followed him another 1/4 mile or so to his destination, and just stopped across the parking lot.... He gets out of his truck, and starts storming towards me.
I said to him: "Yeah... you're going to look real tough in handcuffs, a******." and pulled out my phone. He stopped dead in his tracks, and turned around and walked away.
That's what I thought.
