Yeah, those are all great suggestions that I already know about. I have an IF bike that was custom fit for me so it shouldn't be the fit of the bike. It seems that if you work a muscle repeatedly as in while riding the bike, that it should tear down and come back stronger like a bicep or pectoral. Doesn't seem to be working that way for me.
