I saw a bike in a dump that was rusted terribly over, but looked to be a mid-60's to a mid-70's fullsized roadster with shifting much like that. It was imbedded into the front headset - and my oh my, if wasn't rusted beyond repair (for my abilities) that one would have been mine.
