That is the truth! It makes me wonder when see a 16 year old kid with perfect skin, coiffed hair, expensive braces, a rooster or mohawk and denim jacket with 3,000 safety pins or spiked studs. How much does a jacket like that cost these days? I usually see these kids in tompkins square park, or lounging around an ABC no rio show. Maybe they've watched the IFC documentary on ABC No Rio and now want to relive the dream? 20 years ago doesn't seem like such a long time.
