I volunteered to do registration at a charity ride. I was a bit taken aback by the rudeness and sense of entitlement from some riders. I'm not likely to do that again any time soon.

I don't belong to a club, though I sometimes ride with a local one. I do end up mapping routes and planning short tours that I do with friends.
