the bikes sell to teams for $100, so none of the parts are any high quality. its pretty funny one guy unloaded one for $250 on ebay a few weeks ago.
I have never seen one of these down here in Columbus Indiana, save the one I just bought. I think they are kind of neat, and they appeal to me for some reason ( probably because they are so low end. My standards are quite low!) The guy I got it from was trying to tell me that they were going for $500-$600 on eBay, but I knew they weren't.

I wouldn't mind picking up another one, one of the steel framed ones (mine's aluminum), and I've thought about making a trip to Bloomington and seeing what I could find. Are they fairly common there? While we're on the subject, how is the classic bike scene in Bloomington. Are there a lot of bikes around at yard sales and thrift stores? Not a lot of selection in Columbus, and, like I said, I'm kicking around a road trip bike buying day, and wondering if it's worthwhile. Thanks in advance for you reply.
