Definitely let us know and we can help suggest areas if you're not familiar with the city. You'll want to get on this now as in two months, the University students will be back which can glut some areas of town. Viewit is great although some areas that look like great deals aren't because they're in an armpit area or are at a 24 hr streetcar junction. If you're primary mode is bike, some areas are much better serviced by bike lanes etc. Craigslist is also helpful. I found my place, a two bedroom for $680 +hydro on Craigslist
