Actually it is the height of naievete to think that Lance is either squeaky clean or the only champion who ever took performance enhancing substances. At the end of the day there MUST be a consistent legally binding and verifiable standard - and Lance passed all of THOSE tests fair and square. Everything after that just muddies the water - for the entire sport.
