15 mm wrench
Patch kit
Spare tube
Tire levers (2 or 3)
CO2 inflator or mini-pump
Cash
Allen keys
Chain tool (just in case)
A few spare chain links (you never know)

EDIT - This is just what I like to have in my bag when I'm on the road, not what I have at home
