its great to say up for these rides if you dont have to work during the day, I usually go to bed early and get my full 8 hrs and wake up for my ride. lately though, I have been staying up late to watch....what else, Tour de france
I cant wait for the mountain stage!!!! but I did get to go out this morning about 3:00 after watching the tour coverage and other stuff.
