I'll definitely do a quick layout for a double sided post card. One side would have fields to write down the information and the other I'm thinking should include the names and numbers of the above contacts as well as 311 as a reminder. Is there anyone specific, to call up when its a non-contruction road hazard, such as big pot holes / sink holes in the bike lanes/greenways/roadways or other such things?
I'd be willing to foot the bill for some 3" x 5" double sided cards printed up, but want to make sure that they're as thorough as possible.
Suggestions?
