Report them to the better business buerau(sp).

Write a letter saying that they mistreated you, did not honor the warranty on their product after it failed, and that they yelled in your face in an agressive tone... all of this by the owner himself !

That'll score you some points with the owner when you print out the report from the BB and leave it in their mailbox. !!!!! YESH !
