We've been spoiled by the awesome customer service of tony at IRO and a few other similar businesses. We expect to have problems taken care of with a minimum of *****ing and fighting. I don't think its too much to ask. As someone who has worked in customer service for 4 years, I expect to be treated the way I treated customers. NYCBikes has a long history of screwing over customers. I have no complaints about my order from them, but I won't buy from them again after hearing several threads worth of problems.
