I just purchased a Burley Encore trailer yesterday. I attempted to assemble it, but have run into a problem. The parking brake on one side rubs against the wheel. This happens in the disengaged position. I've tried reseating the wheel, but it still rubs. Not sure how to correct the problem. If anyone else has run into this before, please advise on how you solved the problem. My next step is to return it to the bike shop that I purchased it from.
