True, or they'd be forced to have a 'French only' Tour if things continue to look this bad for French cycling.
Maybe even ban American pros for some odd reason, like desecration of French fries at McDonalds.
It is truly amazing, the American success and overall high rider profile today, especially since the US participation in Euro cycling has only come fairly recently. And in the face of current Euro competition too, given the depth of cycling in say for example, Italy!
