TO the guy that started this thread: This kind of thread is what gives cycling a bad name! If you feel the need to really blood dope just continuously donate blood for a few weeks while training. Right before the big ride have you doctor give a pint back to you, I guarantee this will give you the boost you are looking for!
it is crazy to add something to body that you really do not need!
