Build Up Thread For My New Lemond Alpe D'Huez

Some of you may recall that a few weeks ago I cracked the frame on my primary road bike (for the second time). I decided enough was enough and began looking for something completely different. Just yesturday I won an ebay auction for a beautiful Lemond Alpe D'Huez. I feel I got a pretty good deal, for a total of $308.77 including shipping I got the frame, a Reynolds Ouzo Pro fork, and a Chris King Headset. I have included pictures below. I believe it a year 2000 frame which the seller bought NOS in 2002. The frame is the same as that used on the Malliot Juane at the time, which was Lemonds flagship model and issued to a number of pro teams. The frame has about 5,000 miles on it but appears in fantastic shape the fork and headset have a mere 800. While it would have been easy to quit now and just swap components from my old bike I got bit by the upgrade bug. My old Shimano 105 triple functioned well but I never used the third ring and really wanted a double instead plus I didnnt feel black components would go well with the Blue and Orange frame. So I compiled a mix of silver Shimano 105, Ultegra, and Dura Ace parts. The preliminary build specs can be seen below. I have a few questions for the bike forums members about colors. I was thinking maybe Orange bar tape, black saddle (flite), orange tires, and black wheels. Or maybe Blue bar tape, Black Flite which may later be replaced with blue Fizik, Blue tires, Blue wheels, and maybe in the future blue jockey pulleys and chainring bolts. Which of those would you think would look best. Or maybe a hybrid like Orange tape, Black saddle, Blue wheels, Orange tires, Blue Hardware. Just let me know what you think about the colors and the bike in general I will post updates as the build progresses. Also one more stupid question are the mounting bolts on Shimano 105 calipers supposed to be the same length or did I get sent 2 rears.
