not really sure but i know they are very flimsey(not sure if i spelled this correctly). i just dont trust them. like i said earlier, my friend had his bike pop off and got run over. oh well. i have taken my bike on the train which is alot safer. i know, i know...i took the train with my bike but my tire was completely ripped to shreds and it was way too late to get a new one.
