Progress report:
Yesterday on the way home I was in a serious DOWNPOUR for a good 15-20 minutes. For the last 20 minutes or so of my ride home the rain stopped. By the time I got home the outside of the bag showed no sign of having ever been wet, and all my stuff was bone dry inside. I'm liking this thing!
