PX-10s did indeed change over the years. I have an older one, around 1969, that I could measure, but its a small frame. I know Pinnah likes larger frames. It has a laid back '60s road race geometry(think sport-toury), for all-day rides on European roads of the day. Sometime in the '70s they changed from laid-back to more of an upright criterium design, characterized by a shorter wheelbase.

Whether there were year-to-year tweaks beyond that, I couldn't tell you.
