"Beppe" was mega Italian cycling star Giuseppe Saronni's nick name. There are Saronni bikes that were made by Colnago and there were Saronni bikes made by Tecnotrat. I have a gut feeling that parts list you mentioned could be bolted up to a Tecnotrat built bike that could be hanging off the Saronni legend.
