You may want to consider the position of the hoods on your drop bars - they may be too low, causing extra wrist strain. The easy fix is to rotate your bars up a bit, but if that throws off the position of the bars themselves you'll have to pull the bar wrap off, adjust the shift/brake levers (hopefully you'll still have enough cable/housing) and then re-wrap.

PS. An easy way to get your levers even is to press a ruler against the flat portion on the bottom of the drops. It'll be a better reference point to work from than just eyeballing them.
