Today was my first day back to work after a week long (non-biking) vacation. Lot's of posts to catch up on Great weather this morning absolutely ideal-- scattered thin clouds, low 70's just perfect. I'd been having persistent flat tires the week before I left, so I took the bike to REI on Monday. The very competent wrench there found a thin sliver of metal in the tire. He adjusted the brakes and the wheel alignment as well, and the bike is feeling great. Glad to be back on the bike, and am looking forward to making up for the last week.
