In my area, north of Seattle, I see Trek, Specialized and Novara in that order. The local LBS are big Trek dealers, and there are several REI stores (Novara) within 25 miles of me. I have often been surprised at how REI in this area seems to sell a lot more bicycles than a lot of the local bike stores.
