Your thoughts on a Miele Latina/full Campy please

Attached are some pics I took. Bike is on my repair stand with front wheel off. I have the front wheel and the bike is all intact.
Can you experts tell me what you think for value and worth of this unusual bike please?
Its a 19?? Miele Latina. 56 CM frame. Perfect fit for me.
Campagnolo hubs, Front and Rear De's, crank, headset, brakes (the brakes and rear De are like...eye candy!
Wheels are Miele by Ambrosio, made in Italy. Also labeled with Durex Marchio Depositato Allumag.
Frame is Columbus Tubi Rinforzati Garantitti.
Bike is made in Canada.
Very light. Feels like 19 or less.
Thanks in advance for your help, I am test riding it after I repair the headset (learned how in a class) for the guy. He is offering it to me. He is an overworked friend and LBS owner (Michigan Bicycles) in Oak Park Mi. Great store too by the way...
Here are the pics and thanks again.
