The three people I know who were killed or seriously injured while cycling, were all wearing a helmet. All had internal injuries....and I refuse to wear a suit of armor when riding. I really didn't start wearing it regularly until it got hot around here. That helmet is "cool" now.

When it cools back down...I'll probably stop again, until it gets really cold.
