The main difference between stems (all else constant) you will find are:
1. Stiffness
2. Face plate bolts
3. Weight

For me...Deda Newton Stem (uber light and stiff and 4 bolts....but be careful because it has a unique clamp diameter which fits is Deda Newton handlebars best)
