That looks like it is from the late 1970s. I have a Bridgestone Kabuki that has the same lug pattern and components. The "lugs" aren't really lugs, but are solid aluminum castings that are poured in place around the tube ends. The aluminum does not flex much, that is why there is an expander wedge on the seat post instead of a pinch bolt. What looks like a pinch bolt, is just the hanger for the brake cable.
Bridgestone sold bikes branded as Kabuki for a while in the 1970s to meet the demand for Japanese things. When that craze died down, they changed back to Bridgestone. The later Bridgestones are nice bikes and have sort of a cult following, but the early ones with the cast lugs are not worth very much. My bike is heavy (35lbs.), but I like the way it rides and I don't plan on taking any long trips with it. I put flat bars and a rack on it to make it a town bike.
