I have found that EVERY time (including when tropical storm Alberto came through last month) I have not ridden in the morning because of weather, the skies clear by afternoon and I'm bummed I didn't ride.
Of course, the opposite can also be true. I rode this morning despite the rain...and it doesn't look like it's going to clear up at all by this afternoon. Sigh.
