Living in Little Portugal has been terrible for this during world cup. College St has a giant pile of horse crap every 15 feet every time Portugal has played.. but no more! yay! Why they can't put "diapers" on the horses like they do in NYC/etc is beyond me. (or simply NOT USING HORSES, but that's besides the point)
