they strip and coat. they're pretty cheap..call for quote.
If you wear tight pants and wink at the floor manager....her name is Maria....expect to pay about $75 for dip, blast, and one colour coat. It's not a pimpin' paint job but it is really tough and durable and turn around is usually one week. I have been happy with the approximately 40 frames I have had them do for me.
