Sounds like a good plan. You might consider "south beach" - though it has "diet" in the title, the phase 3 part doesn't limit what foods you eat. It's more of a "these foods are more healthy".

My advice is to limit the processed food. I try to avoid as much refined food as possible.

Good luck. I'm convinced that "eat healthy and exercise" is a much better prescription to weight loss than "diet".
