I have had jersey's done with silk screen in the past. While not as nice as sublimation it still hold's up pretty well and as long as the silk screener is good you don't get the sweaty action where the logo goes. Just a thought. Talk amongst yerselves.
My wife is in the promotions bidness. As it is she has several screeners that she uses, one of which I know will do it for cost. I can do the setup so that shooting the film/screen is cheaper. It's just a question of if he has the right ink for poly fabrics, and if he's a screener worth his salt he should. They do all the cancer society tees and such(wife's company). Still awaiting my embroidered Traffic Jammer gear. Nice text book sprint to the finish yesterday.
IMHO... if you can't keep up with the pro you shouldn't be wearing their clothes. No dis intended Shiz, but I know how hard they work to get on those squads. Pro gear on a non-pro is just wrong, unless the pro gave it to you. Then you NEVER take it off.
