To address your specific concern, about not being able to easily get out of clippless pedals on a fixie....I suppose you are thinking that it might be harder because you must clip in and unclip while the pedals are rotating. I ride clipless both fixd and freewheel and I can tell you that clipping and unclipping while riding fixed is no harder than while coasting with a freewheel.....its just not something you need to be concerned about...really.
