ILTB, I'm still waiting for you to explain why THIS "crime" is a serious matter, and every other crime ever discussed here were laughing matters. Since your usual habit is to mock those concerned with civic order as "dudley do-rights", I think it strange that you're all of a sudden interested in law and order...
