The Doc didn't tell me to stop running or riding but suggesting taking it easy, be sure to stretch and not try to push big gears, which is no problem on my commuter, since it only have one gear and there are no hills on my route. I have a charity metric next weekend, which I intend to do very slowly and stop at all the rest spots
