oooh this is a pretty sweet ride. Looks like this style of handlebar is now legal again.

The only thing I am wondering about is why the rear wheel isn't closer to the curved seat tube that was obviously designed to shield the wheel from the wind... But what do I know?


EDIT: the bike is a custom Avanti (kiwi company) that was a collaboration between new zealand cycling federation or whatever, avanti and a high zoot composite yacht compenent company. Sarah Ulmer rode it on the new world record womens individual pursuit.
