Husband had the week off but spent it siding the garage instead of riding. Went for 3 short, beautiful, urban rides (which involves 5 different lakes, a couple of rivers and stopping at fun restaurants for breakfast and lunch) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday -- nothing over 30 miles. Captain didn't have much zip in his legs for Saturday and Sunday (not surprising after being on a ladder all week), but we managed to maintain a regular pace of 27 mph on the flats which kinda surprised us. Practiced our hill climbing and that is really coming along.
