That's it? I don't see what makes the rotafixa method more likely to overtorque your cog than a chainwhip, especially with a cheater bar on it, as many people mentioned. The fact is, neither uses a torque wrench, so both depend on the discretion of the person doing the work. And it is pretty damn hard to overtorque a cog.
