but that frame is essentially no better then a '70s Grand Prix/Record.
I'd say the record frame is better than that bike's one. Ive never heard of 18-23 steel, but the record is 20-30, which is very durable.
that bike for 200$, I wouldnt do it. My record had componets like that, even came with a shimano 600 front deurrailer. It was 15$.
